Shauna & Katie are just what you think, two girls with one main goal in mind, YOU! Like many little girls, they too dreamed of growing up and experiencing all the exciting “grown-up” things that come with it. May it be when you say “YES!”, or “I DO” and better yet “Then comes baby in a baby carriage!” These are all examples of milestones these girls hope to make special. This is why in 2011 they decided to create TheGirls Beauty Shop! Now with over 200+ weddings, a dozen destination weddings and 100’s of events and photo shoots, they have expanded their team to reach beyond their two hands and state. Each artist has been hand picked to ensure no matter who services your event, you have an extension of your friends performing your services. As of 2016, TheGirls extended even beyond the team expansion and now service the Austin TEXAS and Hill Country area! You will always remain a priority as each and every detail plays a big role in how they can cater to your needs or specific desires. Your beauty team is more than equipped to perform your services but will also bring knowledge of the wedding industry with them to contribute to any hick up that may come along the way.

Shauna is a vivacious, contagious and extremely talented and passionate makeup artist. She is always looking for a new adventure and fills her time with new and daring things. She has been an artist for over 7 years. She attended cinema makeup school in downtown Los Angeles, learning; high fashion, print as well as special effects techniques. In her time there she learned and has mastered airbrush makeup, taking your natural beauty and perfections to a new level. In 2010, she welcomed her daughter Syenna Lee to the world. Aside from makeup, Shauna teaches gymnastics to adults as well as children. She has been to many parts of the world and finds joy in traveling and seeing life through other people eyes. With all of her attributes, Shauna takes pride in creating a flawless face for all of life’s memorable times.
